If the announcement is Tuesday or Wednesday of this week

I can’t help but think it’s more than likely going to be an underwhelming hire. That would eliminate all the conference championship coaches. I guess our only hope would be someone from the NFL. Urban or Rhule? I’m really worried it could be Jimbo, Stoops or Bob. No sources just gut feeling because that’s how this usually goes.

Could be Chris Petersen, could be Matt Campbell, could be Lane Kiffen. Along with Urban or Rhule. It being Wednesday doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad coach, and who even knows if it is Wednesday.

Not sure why Tuesday or Wednesday is significant unless it hasn’t been completed yet. The contact period started already, wasting days just sitting on an announcement for no reason?
