You throw a shite load of money at Mike Norvell. You hire him and you take him to the next level. This shite ain’t difficult. Wallah I’m a brilliant AD walking in water making millions a year for nothing m.

Why would he take the A&M job? He's proven he can reach the playoffs at FSU. Minus a freak injury last week, they had a real shot this year to make noise in the playoffs.
He already makes north of 8mil a year.

He’s building something over there and it’s a given they won’t be staying in the ACC. They will give him whatever he wants, so it would take a huge overpay to get him.

He’s made one run in a pretty down year for the ACC. Are you really going to pay him $10+ mil per year with a big buyout without more to go on than that? It will take that or more to pull him out of there with the setup he has.

They might improve from 8-4 to 9-3/10-2. A&M won’t do better than 10-2 and 10-2 will be rare.
