Miles would be perfect for a service academy, IMO, a sort of perpetual ambassador of college football.

Other than that... I just hope he coaches outside of the SEC. I like the man a lot. I don't want to see him get beaten by LSU. I certainly wouldn't want to see him beat LSU.

Go ask any team in the country who they would rather have as their Hc, Miles or Orgeron. What do you think the people would say

Obviously only a terrible coach would lose to scrub coaches like Urban Meyer (2006) and Nick Saban (2011, 2012).

since you could so easily succeed at a higher level than the winningest coach in LSU history but choose not to pursue a field that pays as well as high level football coaches I have to assume you are a straight baller or a giant pussy. I’m gonna go with option #2.

I completely disagree with you.

If it's one thing you can say about Les, is he will bring stability with him. He may not elevate a program by getting them to championship status, but he will bring wins and can develop kids into men. He would actually be a great coach for someone that just wants a respectable program that wins big games once in a while.

I mean just look around, LSU was never a loser, while UT, UM, ND and even FSU and many other big time programs have been there. As bad as LSU fans thought it was, in the long run it wasn't that bad. Head was always above water, it just was no longer championship level

He needs talent to be good. He would be terrible at a service Academy, get his arse kicked every week.

This was the talking point heading into this season...

And then we got skull fricked by Miss State and lost to Troy.

Turns out, talent only gets you so far.

most universities would love to have a coach for ten years that averaged over 9 wins a year. in his worst season he won 8 games, and one of those losses that year was to the #1 team in OT.

This level of stupidity needs to wear a helmet and go to a special school on a short bus.
