"I was worried about losing until I looked down the floor and saw Dale Brown.”

"I was worried about losing until I looked down the floor and saw Dale Brown. Then I knew we had a chance."

An old Bobby Knight quote.

Coaches don’t feel this way when facing Kelly.

LSU has had a history of having inferior coaches. Our talent on the field has had to overcome inferior talent head coaches, on many occasions. We’ve had good coaches, but by and large they haven’t been up for the big games. Haven’t had teams ready.

Scott Woodward is changing the narrative.

Definitely the most accomplished football hire we’ve ever made that’s for sure.

Are you seriously piggybacking off your most hated rival?

How sad

What the hell does losing to Bama (at ND) have to do with him being at LSU?

We poach the winningest coach in college football from a blue blood. Auburn get a penis named Harsin lol. That ought to tell you everything you need to know about AU.

LOL you might want to check Miles’ and Orgeron’s record against top 10 teams. That wasn’t their problem.

Stupid argument.
1). Don’t see auburn anywhere in that pic.
2). That’s the national championship. Anyone saying the coach isn’t good bc he coached them through the season to the national championship, is stupid.
3). Every team besides A&M lost to Bama that year.

Given the academic standard that he was held to at ND, and now had a wider field to recruit?

ND was way outclassed talent wise that year from Bama. I highly doubt he has that problem at LSU. He just needs to nail the assistant hires and lock Louisiana down.

That ND team WAY overachieved. Was actually amazing they even got to NC game.

I remember the game. Believe it was a quarter final and Indiana was down 8pts with under a minute left.
The Quote was " I looked down the bench and saw Dale Brown and I knew we had a chance." Indiana won/
