I think they are waiting until after the A&M game to announce it. An announcement before the game would make things really awkward.

It’s certainly possible, but his last comments would be pretty hard to walk back. Without going Tomlin, it was about as emphatic as one can be.
Jimbo is a very good coach, but not worth Saban money IMO. Not sure if he’ll ever win another title, here or anywhere.
