The same people who were cheering for the Steeples hire are the same ones who wouldn’t want Raymond. Who knows, Kelly could go in a totally different direction the constant questions and complaining can wear a person out reading all the posts

I would love for Raymond to come back and rebuild DBU. If Baker was to choose him, then it would show he felt the issues post 2019 were not Corey’s fault, just a product of where the program was lead.

Who was cheering an asst special teams coach taking over the cb’s? That hire was always a question mark and at a very important position. Especially with Cooks history of bad backfields.

Not saying Raymond is the best choice but he can recruit well in the area and would be a hell of a lot better than what we had. Question is would Kelly hire a 2nd coach for safeties? I think should. And what happens to Jancek and Diaco?

I didn’t cheer for Steeples but also remember Raymond’s inability to develop. He recruited well, but could never develop.
