When will people realize top recruiting classes matter and bama has had the top class 10 years in a row almost. name me any Bama Coach that has had massive success when they left bama? not many. Bama is basically the 33rd NFL team every year it seems for last decade.

They have truly stacked the deck better than anyone else. Massively more than anyone else. It's why when they kept saying the dynasty was over and I'm looking at their recruiting class and thinking, no it's not.

It is amazing though that they have all these former head coaches, just ridiculously stacked recruiting classes, coming back as seniors and it took this long to go undefeated.

I thought you actually knew football.

Sark's offense is way different than the brady/lsu offense.

Most of sarks offense is misdirection. I saw zero of that in the joe brady offense.

The state of texas has the talent, so lets see if he can turn it around. Recruiting will be the hardest part

He's going to have to try to get as many of the '22 kids to stay but it's going to be really hard

Georgia's talent is often good enough to overcome some of their scheme issues. However, when they face someone complimentary to their talent, scheme becomes an issue. They've lost many games due to their offense when there's no excuse for it with that much talent at receiver and running back. Can never seem to get the QB spot and when they did (i.e. Justin Fields) they squandered it away.

Wonder who is going to be the Devonta Smith of Texas offense next year?

Noone. You can say the same for every program in the country though. Bijan Robinson will be the focal point of the offense. Jake Smith and Jordan Whittington (who both are often injured) are going to be counted on to have big contributions as well. Looking at another 9-3/8-4 type of season until Sark can get some more playmakers in the program. QB looks okay for now, Thompson looked great in the bowl game and he'll be competing with Hudson Card for the starting spot.

Tom really didn't do Texas any favors in recruiting the trenches though and that's something Sark is going to have to focus on in his first couple classes.

No devonta smith or Harris walking through the doors in Austin

And that's why Sark was hired. To start getting that kind of talent to Texas. He just got a commitment from 2022 4 star Armoni Winfield who chose Texas over Bama, Ohio State, and Oklahoma, even before Sark's introductory press conference. Also, Bijan Robinson is an elite talent. Herman just didn't use him enough.

This is an impressive offensive scheme. I assume he is off the sauce.

That won't last long being at Texas. If he is off the sauce, he'll be back on it soon enough.

This Bama offense was gutted by the 4th quarter with injuries and he was still moving the ball at will.

Mac - hurt
Devonta - out
Waddle - one leg
Metchie - hobbling
Bolden - dinged
Dickerson - out

You are talking about a massive amount of firepower on the sideline or at partial strength and Ohio State never even slowed them down.

I honestly thought they could’ve hurt them worse if they’d wanted to in the first half but might’ve been a little conservative to protect the defense.

Lmao shut up. BAMA has like 10 5 stars in each spot. Next man up is better than every teams first string

nope, you need both.

Exhibit A: in 2018, we had Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, CEH, and an lot of OL on the roster. But our offense in 2018 was pedestrian under E's offensive scheme.

Only when Brady came in and brought a new scheme did we explode in 2019.

Scheme is VERY important.
