He'd need to bring an elite OC, but he's a fantastic defensive-minded head coach. Every unit he coached as DC improved significantly with him, and fell off when he left. His job turning Kentucky respectable is impressive.
But his offenses have been bad, and I really don't want to go back to the Miles era, which is a real risk with him if he can't do better with his OCs.
He's in the middle of my list.
