How Quickly Does Texas Go For Les "The Perfect Fit" Miles??

I say VERY fast and here is why...
- Les loves the media and does well pandering, joking and handling them. Texas is all media relations.
- Les is a proven winner, but probably needs a change of pace. Many of his team's fans even on this forum don't believe in him.
- Les would immediately shake up Texas recruiting.
Tony Brown? Jamal Adams? All staying home. LF? Speedy? etc? They would all be in play.
- Les would get paid much more and would become an instant hit.
- Les would also get out from under Saban's shadow.
- In the end Texas would be getting an immediate injection of talent and great coaching. They would be a threat next season.
I short, I expect Les Miles rumors to start up and be in full drive soon. He is the only option that makes perfect sense. The Anti-Saban, who would take som great parts of LSU's class talent with him.
He would be their perfect fit.

Texas does seem to want to model its university after Michigan..........

You want it so bad. I'll be here to gloat when it doesn't happen.
Les wore a purple tie and smiled. He staying.
He was just in New Orleans with Frank Wilson recruiting LF.
am I doing this right?

They will kick the tires on sexy picks first
Harbaugh, Shaw, Jimbo, Malzan
But then they go after him

Les would be a "perfect fit" for LHN for sure. I know I would tune in.

He would literally be a star on LHN. He would come in with a big start securing Jamal Adams, Tony Brown, Speedy and possibly GWIII, LF, etc.. list goes on.
All those kids would be in play and Texas getting them would jump start their program BIG time.

Les is way too goofy to get along with the likes of Joe Jamail and Red McCombs

Nice. But I'm thinking Sean Payton goes to Texas. Les becomes his OC. And Alabama annexes the state of Louisiana, instead.

No one can argue that he isn't the perfect fit. The question will be how Les Miles reacts to being offered the Texas job.
