There’s multiple “sources” that come out and say “___ is a done deal with LSU.” Like what in the frick? Responsible journalism is dead and gone. The only source I am going to believe with this is LSU themselves. Until I see a picture of Woodward shaking hands with the new HC, don’t believe shite.

correct. due to social media and technology. you are no longer considered a good journalist for your accurate information. the more clicks and followers you have makes them good journalists whether they are just throwing stuff out there or not.

It's horrid....deplorable, even.
The bias in media is abhorrent and plainly rules the day.
There is very little actual "reporting" going on these days.
They all have to feed the sensationalized masses with sensationalized drivel.

Pick any context of "news". Especially sports. There are at least a multiple of 5 (as much as 10-15 times) too many participants fighting over the attention and ad dollars. The result is that "plausible speculation" with no sauces now meets the threshold of "reportable", so 70-90% of what's being reported is trash

I've quit even clicking on LSU coaching search sites. Just click bait without any facts. ... Today it's Riley, Stoops, Aranda, Tucker, Franklin, Napier... lol... Right.
