Head coaches with LSU ties in the last 10 yrs?

I thought Mike Haywood. You could say the same about Auburn though.

Yes he was at LSU for 7 years mostly with Dinardo but a couple of seasons with Saban

I'm not trying to rain on your parade but it's kind of like the Kevin Bacon game. You can make a connection to most big time programs and current head coaches.

Take Haywood: LSU, UT, and ND could all take claim.
Muschamp: LSU, Auburn, & UT

I could go on.

But if LSU wasn't as successful in recent years they wouldn't be hired.

Yea, I think the school before their big gig should get the most credit. Jimbo and Pelini from LSU, UT gets credit for Muschamp, etc.

Smaller schools, Harper at SFA, Thomas at Nicholls, (now at NSU). Jagovinski (Jags), Daye and Dunbar in pros.
