I think he will go to the nfl. Don’t have to worry about recruiting nil and the ncaa

The Michigan Wolverines reportedly have a massive offer on the table for Jim Harbaugh.
Harbaugh is currently in the process of deciding whether or not he wants to take another run at the NFL or stay in Ann Arbor.
If he chooses the latter, there is a bucket of money waiting for him. The Wolverines have offered Harbaugh $125 million over 10 years fresh off his third straight B1G title and CFP appearance, according to Ian Rapoport.
However, it comes with a significant stipulation. Harbaugh must agree to not entertain any kind of NFL offer for the 2024 season.
However, he would be free to do so after next season is done. Or, he could just sit back and count his $125 million if he rides out the deal in Ann Arbor.

Crazy to think they wanted to fire him just a few years ago

How could they prevent him from “entertaining”? Seems ridiculous

By putting it in a contract that he signs.
If he breaks his word, then there will be liabilities he will have to pay for.
I would assume.

I feel like there’s rumors every year of him going to the nfl

Caught cheating and they offer him more money and an extension
Michigan has no shame and I hope the NCAA hammers them with sanctions

Warde and the MU board are calling his agent’s bluff with the contractual caveats

This contract has been on the table for a month.

It’s telling he hasn’t signed it

They are all cheating to some level. Stealing signs was used to get an advantage on your players. Why the hell do all these teams holds up all these different signs and have multiple people calling in plays....1 legit play caller and the other are dummies to keep teams from stealing their signs
They all do it..... He just got excessive and got caught, I ain't mad at him, you still gotta execute on the field.
I was always a fan of I'll tell you where I'm going I bet you can't stop it.

His ongoing contract status is the weirdest thing I've ever seen.

Contract has been on the table for a week

He didn't do much for the first 6 years he was there. I was surprised they kept him on. The Covid season being such a clusterfrick probably saved him.

Harbaugh changed his recruiting philosophy when he went to Michigan. He was recruiting 4 and 5 stars for the most part. He went back to the recruiting philosophy he used at Stanford of recruiting guys who fit his system regardless of stars and things turned around at Michigan.

He should go coach the Browns. That’s seems pretty on brand for them.

If it goes a few more days and he hasn't signed it he's probably gone. If he were staying the last thing he would want his players thinking about is him leaving right before the playoffs.
