Russell Wilson is completely disconnected from reality. They gave away their draft stock to get Wilson.
I dunno…. Maybe his the coaching staff and OC were that bad but if I am a coach who has the leverage to pick and choose I am not choosing to hitch my wagon to Wilson.

Hackett was complete dogshit so the hope is you could turn Russell into Jimmy G and make the running game and D the focus. That would be right up Harbaugh's alley.

Harbaugh's benefit to SF was bringing Greg Roman and Vic Fangio over and letting them fix what was an already-built roster that had comically underachieved. Denver has way too much work to do on the offensive side of the ball alone
Harbaugh's personality is also such that, as a Niner fan who watched all the goodwill of 3 straight NFCCG appearances implode in spectacularly quick fashion, I'm not sure he's the guy to rebuild anything
