I have just seen too many heartaches in LSU history with recruiting, coaching searches and etc. I will believe it when it happens. If it does I will jump and holler. If it doesn't I will support the next guy as long as it isn’t Drink.

I strongly suspect that his contract addresses this. I don't know the mechanics of how it would work but this was hardly unforeseeable when they hired him.

Just can’t see Chicken allowing him to continue to post this way even after his timelines have been so off if he wasn’t on to something. Lots of info out there so I get he didn’t go out on a limb, but he did go all in and did it early.

Umm wouldn’t that make you a liar if Kiffin isn’t the coach so what would posting your “sources” accomplish? You may be a legit source but it’s amazing how many people are close with the AD during coaching searches lol

And even if it's rare for a new coach to coach the bowl game, it's not as rare for interim coaches for bowl games be someone that wasn't even on staff for the regular season.
Drew Brees was the interim coach for Purdue in BK's first year. Barry Alvarez was interim coach for 2 bowl games for Wisconsin after retiring. Bob Stoops was interim for OU's bowl game when Riley left.
That's just off the top of my head. It's not as far-fetched as some are making it seem especially if OM refuses to allow him to coach the playoffs he'll be available and might want to coach practices and start building relationships with guys that will be here next year. Not saying it'll happen because maybe they want Frank to have one last game but if Frank is going to be on staff anyway (he's coached under Kiffin already before) and Kiffin wants to get up to speed, idk maybe it could happen.
