That’s what no one is talking about. LSU’s revenue share is quite large. I’ve seen numbers that would bump that 25M to around 40M or close to it. It’s the numbers underneath the numbers that we aren’t seeing that’s making it an easier decision aside from the pantheon of concrete and steel nestled between those stately oaks on a Saturday night.

I just don't see him leaving, the intentional leaks, ex wife at the airport, kid in LSU headphones, it just all seems very trollish. Im sure he entertained it but id be shocked if he actually comes here.

When was the last time Ole Miss won a national championship or an SEC championship? Not all jobs are created equal.

Not everyone is satisfied and takes the path of least resistance in life. Some people want to achieve things especially these type of head coaches.

You can't handle the internet at all.

You really think all of that effort is troll people? Unreal.

They believe it’s enough and Kiffin told them he wants to “announce on his own time”. They’re very confident that he’s staying, but I didn’t buy it. They’re wishcasting at this point.

Lane has told us he’s coming and OM he wants to “announce on his own time”. Nothing further needs to be said.

He and master recruiter EdO are reportedly friends…so much so that the rumor is that he’d hire EdO to his staff.

This may be EdO’s best recruiting job yet (and gets him back to coaching)!

A little update on my earlier post. I text the son who used to live across from me and he said he thinks he’s leaving for LSU.

It’s not the deciding factor - prominent OM Booster has been quoted with this

more difficult at Florida given the in-state/regional competition

It’s not just the regional competition, it’s the proximity, Florida is massive. There’s a good player in Lakeland, he’s 3 hours away. Good player in Pensacola, he’s 5 hours away. Just because it says FL next to the recruiting profile doesn’t mean he’s surrounded by studs

Half of the top 10 WR in the nfl are from within an hour of tiger stadium.

If you don’t see him leaving then why hasn’t he signed the extension if all offers are the same?

Why drag his team and school through the drama if he is staying?

If you’ve been paying attention to his press conferences/interviews this season he’s been not so subtly begging the ole miss students to stay at the games (mind you, the stadium that only needs 60k people to fill) and he’s been frustrated with other teams (specifically lsu) being able to spend more money in the portal than Ole Miss. He recognizes the limitations he has at Ole Miss for sure.

They aren’t rich enough for a maid. I can ask their babysitter for you.
