Then let him go cut his teeth in the fricking Sun Belt or C-USA with another LA FBS program. He is in over his head coming straight into an SEC job. Saban has been hiring former FBS and FCS head coaches for his shadow staff, not local high school guys with connections. Just damn.

Look dude. I hate O and have been against him from the beginning. But Guy has had other opportunities in the past to join other college programs that he passed on. He really is a great offensive coach
