Give me the Kelly rundown; offensive/defensive philosophy, who he might bring with him

He can coach both sides of the ball. From what I can recall his background is defense but he has coached some high powered offenses as well as a assistant. Personality wise he is a dickhead.

He builds some of the most complete rosters in college football. He is easily the 2nd best coach in the SEC the moment he puts the head sets on. Like it won’t even be really close.

I was watching the Notre Dame-Stanford game on YouTube and ND ran a lot of two TE sets.
Now granted, the TEs seemed more mobile and ran routes, but I dunno if Kelly runs the offense needed to dominate the SEC in 2022.

Kelly used to call his own plays and he couldn't be more like Jimbo if he stole his hair plugs. Yelling and screaming at his own QB. He finally delegated and that got him top tier. I think he's a hell of a coach but as with many his coordinators will make or break him. But....if he figures out southern recruiting and I mean right now, look out

He’s not even in the running for second best in the SEC. Kirby is a far better coach. Kelly will coach his team better than Jimbo but won’t recruit as well.

Yet those rosters are 1-7 vs top 5 teams
3-8 vs top 10 teams. Beats no one of significance.
