I know some will say that they are “tainted” but we all know that they can win in CFB. Would anyone be truly disappointed if Woodward hired either one?

I'd be happier with a Urban Meyer hire than I would be with a Lincoln Riley hire.

We’re looking for a football coach, not a pastor. The only thing I care about is whether or not he can win. And both of them are proven winners.

Urban would be an automatic championship within 4-5 years. He’s a turd but he would crush it here.
Riley might have done us a favor bc I always assumed urban would go to usc after flaming out in nfl. There’s no way he’s staying in Jacksonville and getting killed every week with no talent. And now Florida is off the table...
This would be similar to how Alabama backed into hiring saban. Everything else fell apart and they were desperate and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Timing happened to work out.

Hugh Freeze would be an unbelievable hire……but I don’t think this BOS, this President, or frankly this AD have the balls to do it.

Freeze is getting paid 4 million to coach Liberty. Why would he leave that job?
