I have never said that, Ive always held the idea that we are a top 5 destination for DCs. ND isnt even in top 10 likley. Other posters have been screaming he isnt coming here because he's a midwest guy. Him leaving ND to come without taking their offer is a positive sign for us. I'm not saying 100%, just a positive sign.

no you dont do that if you're set on going to ND

Probably took the ND interview just to keep options open or even courtesy to Kelly.

His trip here with the wife means the money is right and checking out Coach and LSU environment before signing the dotted line.

If you are Milton from the other LSU sites then I'm guessing you've got the scoop on this as well?

Looking good.

Dang boy Adam might have been right. Just not 12/26

Taking multiple interviews is all about money to his agent. Using other offers as leverage. This tactic should also be used in buying a car.

And they took him to Ruth's Chris?

Is this the BEST Baton Rouge can offer these days is a chain restaurant steak?

When you are the first link in the chain, I don't consider that location a "chain."

When I go to the original Superior, I don't think I'm at a chain.

Ruth's Chris in Baton Rouge is a great restaurant.

Also, Ruth's Chris is a place where semi-famous people can go without getting hounded and bothered. I've been there many times and seen coaches, politicians, players, etc., enjoying their meals in privacy.

Ruth’s isn’t crazy expensive. Wife and I split salad, she gets petite filet, me regular, split creamed spinach, couple glasses maybe a mid level bottle out the door $250. We may do that 3-4 times a year.

You go to Chili’s and do the same you’ll drop $150 or more.

I made the same argument to a buddy. French Market Bistro or Ruffino’s would be much better options IMO, but maybe they just wanted to stay closer to campus.

Ruth's Chris only has 20 U.S. locations. It's a very small chain that has maintained quality.
