Frank was 19-29 during his 4 years coaching UTSA. His teams only got worse during that time, not better.
There is no scenario where giving him the job would ever be a good idea. I like the guy. If he wants to be a HC, perhaps Mcneese is willing to rehire him. Besides them, I'm sure there's numerous FCS schools who would love to hire a coach with his resume. Id wish him well
