"Pittsburgh offensive coordinator Matt Canada has emerged as a “serious candidate” for LSU’s offensive coordinator role should Lane Kiffin not opt to join Ed Orgeron’s staff, according to Ross Dellenger of the Baton Rouge Advocate. Dellenger also notes that, as previously reported, LSU has also vetted Steve Sarkisian and Mark Helfrich for the role." According to football scoop

If im O, I call Kiffin and tell him to "shite or get off the pot".

It's embarrassing being Kiffin's fall back option. If Canada is available, get it done. We shouldn't be waiting on Freshwater to figure out what he wants to do.

I'd bet that if you trace this info back to its origin, it'd lead you to this board

I'm fine with either kiffin or canada, but I do think a decision needs to be made.

Canada should still be there if kiffin bails on us in a few years. Don't see Pitt matching anything we put up.

We are going to give Pitt enough time to get him a raise waiting on Kiffin.
