I remember when Joe Burrow was made fun of for eating healthy. The diet culture on the team is horrible and selfish.

PhD in nutrition from Ole Miss. Worked at UL-L. He's ready to come back and eat some etouffee, but of course with proper portions!

While I agree, there’s no realistic way to rectify that in the short term. As far as I know, players aren’t forced to eat in the nutrition center. They can go out and eat pizza every night if they want.

I'm sure bama players are technically allowed to eat where they want us as well, but program expectation is they eat the proper nutrition.
We now have an adult in charge so id say the players if they actually want to play and get better will eat the nutrition they are suppose to eat.

I think Frakes and Flint are good hires, but combined they are great. Our new S&C and Nutrition Director have well established synergy with each other. Frakes knows exactly how Flint will be tearing them apart and Flint knows exactly how Frakes is building them up.
