make you more or less confident crowton is out? I have a bad feeling it may mean he stays, and Gonzales gets the job next season if (when) he fails.

It made me worry when I first heard it, but now with the Studrawa news, I'm starting to think that Crowton is still going to be gone. It would just be very strange for an OC to lose his whole staff, yet keep his job.

Personally I think (and hope) if Crowton Fails next year, Miles may be out.

Why wouldn't it be? Its the fad in CFB today and it gives more teams fits than most can handle. Unless you're a team called Alabama. Why not?
I think its exactly what LSU needs with all the athletes they have...use that speed/athleticism with motions/option reads, etc. Go for it...

If Crowton is calling the bowl game, nothing good can come from disclosing next year's OC.
Crowton is looking for a safe landing somehwere, and that's Miles style anyway.
There is no way Miles is feeling out OC's without the decision having already been made.

i think blake miller would be an outstanding hire...
