So much for Jon Gruden's return to Tampa Bay. Despite the Buccaneers' failure to meet expectations in 2017, they won't be making a huge change heading into 2018. They're staying the course.
As first reported by the Tampa Bay Times'Rick Stroud, Buccaneers coach Dirk Koetter will not lose his job. CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora confirmed the report. The Buccaneers told Koetter he will return in 2018.

TB clearly isn't trying to improve. Winston's got talent, but that coaching staff won't help.

They have a roster that can play with anybody
Winston/Fitz
Martin/Barber
Evans/Djax
Howard/Brate
McCoy/David/Kwon/Beckwith/Grimes/Ward
I'm glad they're keeping koetter

Martin has been garbage the last 2 seasons. No chance he comes back. I doubt Jackson is back either.
Brate is a guy they need to re-sign

While bunch of mediocrity in that offense. Winston and Mike Evans are the only truly talented players on that offense, and both of them pick and choose when they want to show up.
They have a lot of good young players on Defense, but every year they rank near the bottom in most Defenive statistical categories.
They are a poorly managed team with a shitty locker room. Winston will never be elite until someone can come in and control him.

McCoy and the lb's are the only reliable areas on d. They have had zero pass rush this year.
Hargreaves has been a huge disappointment so far. Next year it's put up or shut up for him.
Spence missed most all the season. Hopefully he can bounce back

This is stunning
He's was stuck with a garbage QB. They'll give him time to fix Winston or to try to implement his own system.
