Why?
I gotta now question Del Rio's motivations/abilities if he's a successful NFL coach in the middle of a playoff hunt and he's supposedly 'interested' in the LSU job....
that just does not sound right to me.

what college credentials does he have?
can he recruit?
does he want to be at LSU for the long haul?
I mean, I know next to nothing about this guy.

who says the USC job opens in 2-3 years? this really isn't quite the same situation as Les considering Les had no previous La. ties and Jack does.

I know Bobby, and he would not ruin his friendship with JDR if this were not true. I agree with the USC scenario one day. I guess the pussy has some say.

Who says the USC job will open up? How do you even know Del Rio wants to go back to USC. Sure, he played there, but that doesnt mean he wants to go back.
