I love how posters think they know more about what should be done than the head coach who has been in this position before. He knows what he's doing and he's not going to rush things just for your satisfaction.

We need the defensive staff to be a cohesive unit, and it’s obvious that the previous one wasn’t. THAT is priority 1 through 100 right now. Baker absolutely had to be first and he needs to fully sign off on every position coach who will be working under him.

Now that McCarthy will be fired in Dallas, Al Harris has been a great DB coach all season. Quinn will be out and maybe his HC job prospects with this performance. Al Harris should be on the list of DB coaches to go after.

Looks like 2 members from Saban staff is staying. The rb & dline coach. The new coach said he hope to fills the staff hopeful in the next 24 hours.
