So if it's not Richard, than it goes to Bo. I would think lsu can get coaches lining up for the dc job

LSU was ranked 3rd defensively in all 3 of Bo’s seasons as DC

Pelini record at Nebraska was 66-24 in 7 seasons. Winning 9-10 games every season.

Nebraska has had one winning season since his firing.

We do not need Pelini gosh damn. He was a Great coach and everyone loves what he did for the program but he is not the guy.

Pelini was a great DC for LSU. He is a no non sense coach in many ways like Coach O. Miles thought the two dunder heads could just rinse and repeat what Pelini brought in and we see how that worked out. They guy knows how to coach a defense. Every team he left got worse on defense the following years. We could do a lot worse.

yeah I'm not really sure why Pelini's reputation around here suddenly got so terrible...as a DC at least.

I attribute much of that to Miles and his notoriously ridiculous practices. His teams had a habit of sort of limping to the finish and coming back strong after some rest for the bowl game
