Aranda's Staff
This staff is better than LSU's on paper right now. He assembled a great staff with all sorts of Louisiana and NFL connections.
Coaches with experience at Tulane, USL, SLU and LSU! This staff would be a huge asset to these kids as they are all master technicians and teachers!

Is this a prerequisite for the job?

Good leaders will attract good young coaches who want to be around them.

He is my #1. Smart, professional program leader.

No, but it damn sure doesnt hurt to have those connections already entrenched. Especially in such a talent rich state!

Mine, too, and for the same reasons as you. I think every viable candidate has big question marks. For most of them, it's whether their defenses will ever be worth a shite. Dave's lone question mark is whether he's cut out for a major program, but he's been here before. And Baylor isn't some directional school; they're legit most seasons.

You can’t show logic to these idiots

I want Dave Aranda as our next HC.
Tom Herman as OC.

I think you need coaches that already know the LHSAA system to build a bigger fence around LA

I prefer Aranda over all candidates at this point. I personally think he's the best choice. Looking back, we probably should have given him the job over Orgeron anyway
. Makes you wonder if we still would have won the championship in 2019. I think we would have honestly.

Aranda was my choice to give the LSU job to instead of O. The reason is because I didn't think LSU could ever improve on the D side of the ball than what Aranda would always give us. LSU has always been a proud D minded football program, and we are now the antithesis of that . I realize football has changed to offense dominated prorams, but D stills makes teams competitive and always will. Blocking and tackling is still the game.

I'd be ecstatic to have Aranda here.

Is Dava the brother of Dave and please provide his resume. Thanks.

Aranda current OC is Jeff Grimes. Broyles award finalist last year at BYU who had one of the top offenses in the country and now has Baylor Top 10 in offensive efficiency this season.

for everyone who loves Aranda, you need to be ok with offensive coordinator jeff grimes

Prior to the Florida game I was pretty skeptical of Aranda and his (lack of) experience but it really seems he was the man behind the curtain, pulling the chains and turning the wheel while the Great and Powerful O(z) bloviated.
