That's about the size of it. Even when LSU hired Nick Saban, no one predicted that. Ditto for Les Miles. Florida and LSU are blue-blood powerhouses deserving a heavyweight coach, but the playoffs delay hiring what a school may wish. Look for coaches to take those jobs no one can foresee at this time.
