the idiots on this board dont want anyone "but" E hired because they want an excuse to melt.
if O makes a good hire it reduces their ability to melt and demand O be fired, they refuse to let anyone be hired but E, because they need a reason to complain and demand a new HC, its that simple.
they are like the never trumpers who cant give trump any credit for doing anything right and always spin everything as OMG the sky is falling.
the literally "want" LSU to do bad so they can justify all their melting and they live in some fantasy world that another saban is out there and if they just fire ed, a white knight rides in and saban can never beat LSU ever again

This is the most untrue statement I've ever seen on this board. We're LSU fans through and through. Unlike Special Ed and Alleva, we fans obviously want this program to be good and hire the very best coordinators. Either Special Ed and Alleva don't agree, or they are totally incapable of making the right choices, therefore having reasonable fans come to the conclusion that they'll hire Ensminger. There's a HUGE difference, and I'm going with the latter. We're melting because we have every right to. We have lying POS retards like Special Ed and Alleva and as long as they're here, we are going to continue to "melt" so you better get used it to. Sorry that we actually want whats best for LSU.

Nick Saban will not hire Hugh Freeze. Nick Saban and Lane Kiffin ultimately parted ways due to Kiffin not utilizing a power run game as much as Saban wanted. He is not going to hire Hugh Freeze who definitely doesn't utilize running backs the way Saban wants them utilized. Saban did modernize his offense to include some spread and HUNH concepts, but they are still a team that wants to run the ball. Hugh Freeze is just not the type of OC that would fit what Saban wants to do.
I do not believe Freeze will get any coaching offers for next season outside maybe as a non-staff analyst. I expect him to get some offers at G5 schools the following season and, if he succeeds, he may get a second shot at a big time gig. I feel he may never get another P5 HC offer, but only time will tell
