Curious what you can sell to Jimbo that he doesn’t already have?

I’m an Aggie but am finding it fun to follow along with your search here.
Curious what you would use to convince jimbo to leave? He has everything at A&M. Probably the best facilities in the country, a blank check to do whatever he wants, recruiting has been great, He hand picked the AD and the list would go on and on. What would make him leave? Money won’t do it as there just isn’t a scenario where you can pay him more than us.

Clearly Jimbo is listening and there is smoke; perhaps the better approach would be for you to ask Jimbo why is he listening and considering leaving A&M for LSU. That’s much more relevant and the answer might be similar to the reasons why Woody left A&M.

Oh my God dude. We know you’re scared. It’s probably not gonna happen. Most of us don’t really want it to happen. This COPIUM shite is not a good look for y’all.

He’ll be in the running a top 3 recruiting class this year. If you think he’s worried about Texas move to the SEC interrupting his efforts I wouldn’t think you’d want him as your coach anyway.

A shot at national prominence in this generation which A&M will not provide.

Jimbo can win a National Championship at LSU. He can’t win one at A&M. It is virtually impossible. That’s just one reason.

This is the answer. Despite all the positives you listed, there is one thing notably absent - a legitimate opportunity to win it all. As I’m sure the OP knows, the last 3 coaches at LSU have national championship rings. Aggie? Not so much.

If he comes to Louisiana he would be in the running for a Top 3 class every single year.

Tell me, which school, LSU or A&M, gives him the better chance at winning a national championship? Defend your position.

The answer is LSU and it isn’t even debatable. We’ve won 3 championships this century with 3 different coaches. And each coach had great recruiting classes built primarily with Louisiana recruits.

Tell me A&M’s recent history.

Self explanatory. You guys haven’t won a championship since the 30s. Don’t ask dumb questions and go back to TexAgs, bitch

Btw, don’t want Jimbo so don’t pretend “we” do want him

A proven history of winning national championships with not so great coaches. LSU is a better program than A&M.
