You keep holding onto that stupid video as though it is the epiphany of the whole situation.
It's just Crowton talking about the offense and what worked. He does not clarify anything. Of course he is going to know what's going on, he's been with the team since 2007. If you were about to get fired, would you do otherwise? I'm pretty sure you could say the right things to make it appear as though you are in the loop even though you are really being phased out faster than a cat can lick its arse.
Your strongest case for your argument is fricking weak.

You can laugh all you want but it really doesn't say shite. You can bow your chest out and self proclaim yourself as being the brainchild of the whole situation because you can provide some generic youtube video as though it's concrete evidence.

No the embarassing thing is that you're a teacher/coach at a high school and I would guess a young man in his mid to late 20's, and typing responses like "lulz" and giving your mom jokes.
