If the hire of Chief is any indication we should be thinking big on this one. Les knows he needs a quality guy for this one. If it's BG (which is not a strong hire)everyone will say les is meddling in the O, maybe even calling plays. If things go wrong it falls on his arse. If he gets a quality OC he has a little cushion for backlash. All just my opinion but if I were Les I would surround myself with high quality proven coordinators. He's already got one that has worked out tremendously. Crowton's philosophy was flawed. BG is not the answer. All I know is we need to run first pass second. We don't even know BG's offensive philosophy. If it's any kind of spread he's defiantly out.
