Crowton Is Not Going Anywhere: Les Is All In With Gary

We've been over this a thousand times, but let me recap:
Your hypothesis might or might not be true about Les and Gary. But you cannot draw that conclusion from those quotes. Les said the same thing the season after the Malveto disaster. Les takes bowl games very seriously, so that's where he wants his and his assistant's focus to be. Period. If Les finds THE right guy, he'll make a change. If he doesn't find THE right guy he won't. And in the event that he doesn't, he shouldn't start throwing his coaches under the bus PUBLICLY.

Miles wanted to keep Malleveto. He was forced to hire a proven DC.
Wish Miles would have taken last years Cap1 bowl seriously instead of getting dominated by PennState.

This is fail on so many levels. You don't know what you're talking aabout with the DC situation. And if you think we got dominated by Penn State, then you just weren't paying attention.

Was Penn State the name of that "grass" that was and wasn't there? The field condition was the main reason LSU lost, imho.

Game should have never been played. Both Penn State and LSU took major risks by sending their players out on that crap field. Capital One Bowl should have been ashamed and both schools should have just refused to play. It was that dangerous. But it's all about the money.
