I like Jimbo as the guy, as I've stated. But, this worry of Herman coming in and then leaving for the NFL is silly. Worry about what you can control. Folks said the same about Sumlin. And, while Nick bolted to the NFL, he elevated LSU to the point where, had he STAYED in the NFL, his replacement might have won 1-3 more titles than he did.

I didn't read this whole thread. But I hope to god that if Jimbo does come to LSU that he don't bring Charles Kelly and Rick Trickett w/ him. I do like Odell Haggins and Tim Brewster though both of those men can recruit really well.

Aranda is under contract with no Les Miles clause. Don't think they'll be buying out Aranda to allow Jimbo to bring Kelly. Would be surprised if the OL coach is either Grimes or Trickett.

Don't think Odell Haggins would leave the noles. He's a staple there and will be for a while.

Any coach interviewed that opposes keeping Arranda and O need to be asked to leave.

That would explain Coach O's demeanor during and after the game. He looked like we were losing when we saw him on the sidelines.
