Seems like no one really cares about Colorado football, including the university of Colorado

Who should they go after? Bryan Harsin seems like a perfect fit for them

Or do they target some successful G5/FBS coach from the west coast?

Maybe take a look at Brent Vigan from Montana State.

He coached under Craig Bohl with Chris Klieman at NDSU. He was also the OC for Bohl at Wyoming when they had Josh Allen.

Downside is he is only in his 2nd season as HC, but he made the FCS national championship game in his first year and Montana State is ranked #3 in FCS right now.

They aren't hiring a guy who went 0-2 vs two of their last 3 HCs.

After about one month of very little news regarding Colorado football’s head coach search, ESPN reporter Adam Rittenberg tweeted on Monday night that the Buffs are “in the red zone.”

Colorado football died the day they left the Big 8
I bet they wish they could reverse that decision

They should hire Ryan Walters, Illinois DC.

Former Colorado player and a top rising young coach.

I read he's a top contender for the Bulls' job if Gruden turns them down.

That’s actually a great recommendation. He’s definitely a rising star, but I thought his next jump would be to DC at a more prominent school.

He has more experience than I realized. He worked his way up to DC under Barry Odom at Missouri. California native, Colorado alum, and has spent over a decade at schools with similar resources: Arizona, Missouri, Illinois. He’s experienced coaching at places that don’t have the same level of support, budgets, or recruiting footprint as other schools in their conference.

Worst case: It can’t get much worse for Colorado, and they had to settle for Karl Dorrell last time.

Best case: He’s success and actually sticks around longer than most because of his connections to Boulder.

I think Tulane HC will be a great hire for Colorado.
