Saban - Strong defense, balanced offense. Big, strong players.

Miles - Ground and pound run game. Conservative offensive approach with the lead.

Meyer - Stout defense, wide open offense.

Fisher - Productive qb play, strong offensive game planning.

Chip Kelly - Fast, wide open offense with quick tempo.

Herman - Basically an Urban Meyer clone.

Aranda - Shut down defense, fluid opportunistic offense (speculating) based on opposition defensive weaknesses.

Coach O - Good coordinators?

So far?

Great defense

Good offense

Blowing out opponents

Playing the NC better than any other opponent.

Those are better than anything Jimbo or Herman have shown this year.

you think our defense doesn't skip a beat when Aranda bolts after the DL coach he was a boss of becomes his boss?

Coach O would be known for:

-Louisiana native
-letting coordinators do the playcalling
-failing as HC at Ole Miss even though the guys before and after him succeeded
-being passed over for the HC job at USC for a guy who had never been a head coach before, even though Coach O turned the team around and actually beat a Top 10 team.

Thankfully we're not making decisions based solely on 1/2 of a season. At least I hope not.

Coach O would be remembered for running a very organized, gritty, tough, and talented team that knows how to win and does win. A team who is close knit, like a family, and have each others back and plays tough every game. A consistant team with out a lot of let downs. A coach that a lot of very talented high school players want to play for, especially linemen. A coach that can get top assistant coaches because he is likeable and they want to work with him.

Coach O is a defensive coach first. Don't discount the fact that the defense is working well with him and Aranda together. Steele was even likely better last year then he probably could have been on his own. The d-line has shown good improvement since Coach O arrived.

Miles always played Bama tough at home too. And he even scored a few points.

Alabama game was mostly Aranda that kept us in that game and coach O had no alternative gameplan on offense. And he had clock management issues. Why the frick would any LSU fan want to relive Les Miles last few years all over again?

It's fricking ridiculous. And O supporters say "Well, it was against the best team."
It was against the only team that was more talented than LSU. No other team that he's faced or will face this year is as talented as LSU. Not OM, Not Arky, Not Florida, not Tamu.

By the end of the regular season, his best win may be Fla with 3 losses. He gets them at home with a ton of injuries. A&M will be playing a backup QB. The games he's won are games that he should have won and we should beat the remaining 2 as well

who says he's going to bolt? I don't think he would. he's got a great gig at triple his last years wages and his stock is the highest it's ever been in his career.
