Morris is a solid hire. IF he lands Venables, it's the best hire of this cycle.

Venables is a lot like Kirby Smart.
He's waiting not just for an HC job, but the right HC job for him. If not, he would have taken a job by now because he's been considered even before he went to Clemson. Until then, he's perfectly happy being the DC at Clemson.
His son also is about to sign at Clemson. Does he want him playing on a championship team, or at a rebuild job like Arky?
