lol lane isnt leaving ole miss.

There is a reason he signed a new contract that DIDN’T UP HIS BUYOUT AT ALL and it’s certainly not because he wants to be at Ole Miss.

Kiffin will jump ship at the first real job he gets an offer from. Them’s just the facts, man.

Yancy? Is that you? Because only Yancy would say some of the stupid shite you’ve been saying in this thread. Only way this post could have been more “Yancy” is if you would have said “His heart is at Ole Miss”.

He won 10 games this year when the rest of the conference was shite. That’s with playing their annual game against Vandy and then against Tennessee (which they barely won). He also had a QB who is probably going to be the first QB taken in this years draft.

Let’s not act like he’s had sustained success at Ole Miss. let’s see what he does next year with them getting gutted big time this year.

SAS had one of the funniest write ups for Mangino I've ever seen, I'm sort of paraphrasing here: "Testing the tensile strength of plastic, one pair of sunglasses at a time".

That’s weird they asked permission, that’s common in the NFL but on the college level that’s odd

His contract may require permission for another program to interview him. Especially for the same job at a conference rival.

247 thinks it's a done deal. Pretty horrendous hire by them tbh. People know how to stop his system now.

He hasn't run his offense from his Oregon days for a long time now.

It would be a big name hire. But his star doesn't shine as bright as it did back then. His big offense was his calling card back then but the field has caught up to him there. Those types of offenses aren't unprecedented. So I'm not sure what Kelly does for you in 2022

My point is that he has had plenty of chances since leaving Oregon and the only time he was any good was when nobody knew how to deal with his system.
