My best guess would be Lamar from Revenge of the Nerds. But thats totally speculation at this point.

Heard they are prepared to offer Saban $10 million a year

Promoting Cignetti to head coach or Cristobal would probably be my first two choices if I was their AD.
Cignetti would be a quick fix, keep them in the same offensive system and could hold what is their best class ever together or Cristobal would probably be a better long term hire.
Either way, whoever gets hired, should immediately hire Tom Bradley to be the DC. That's a no brainer.

I think they'll promote Cig.
He's their best recruiter and a good football mind.

I guess if Frank Cignetti gets the job, his brother Curt will get a look at OC. He's the head coach at Division II IUP, and the former WRs coach at Alabama.

I would agree with promoting within, but Rutgers made Schiano the highest paid coach in the Big East,so they may still want to make a splash.
My suggestion? James Gandolfini.
