Dude, I don't know if you can't comprehend sarcasm , but that thread was a joke.
Settle down old man and quit taking shite so seriously.
You'd have to be dull as shite to think I was actually trying to convince people that Ensminger was going to Auburn

Nothing to bump.
Smart money hasn't changed: Sullivan retires, Salisbury gets hired as QB coach / Co-OC... and another season is likely wasted with an excellent LSU defense and a terrible LSU offense.

Yeah, sorry, everyone.
I went from defending Orgeron and scoffing at the 'no change' crowd in the regular season to an embittered doomsday prepper.
Orgeron's decisions look terrible on paper. I suppose it is possible he knows better than we do, and that he has some master plan... but, as of this moment, it does not look like it.

Making Salisbury co-OC is mind boggling.

It was obvious when we hired Orgeron. Most knew what we were getting.
Now everyone is seeing it for themselves.
He was never an elite coach that LSU’s program deserved.
Alleva turned LSU into an experimental situation or call it a second chance U for Orgeron.
He promised anything to get the job and pull fans on his side.
He then promoted Ensminger to OC to fill his “hire the best OC’s in country” lie.
Now LSU has a equal to or worst offense than the previous head coach.
People who still believe, want it to get better and Orgeron to lead LSU to a championship, but he’ll never do that. It’s obvious to most.
He better hire a decent OC, at least. But it’ll be more of the same next season, because he won’t.

I know some people who know some people who don't know a damn thing about the program. I'll give them a call and see if anything is worth repeating as fact here.

maybe he is coming as just QB coach?

Facts are all known and out on the table now:
Alleva wanted to bring in a good coach for LSU after Miles I can only assume, But under the direction of "we are poor" FK Alexander we were not going to pony up big dollars to do so with Miles being paid as well.
So we went bargin bin shopping with Shrimp Boat Capt O. A safe hire to win just enough with the talent and recruiting LSU gets to keep cashing money in from the fans and pretty much turning LSU into some sort of Corporate money maker killing game day experience.
Coach O wanted Kiffin and more than likely knew the whole time it wasnt happening but floated his name in the binder to secure the job. Then went out and hired a good OC in Canada. Once things got rolling and saw how working with someone who knows more about offense than he did and would not be a good ole baw to O's demands he got jilted and more than likely worried about his job when things got leaked about the behind the scene problems and so Canada had to go.
In comes Steve who never wanted the job, has no goals to be anything more than a position coach, will go with the flow and keep quiet. O trusts Steve to at least he decent and cause him no problems and like Miles believes thats all you need to go along with a great defense to win just enough to stay paid. What pisses most off is we looked foolish on National TV with the Miles debacle only to later fire him for LSU not being good enough to replace him with the same and call it success.

That's what's been implied in this thread and in other places.
I might be wrong about Salisbury being Co-OC, but he is the odds on favorite to come in and be a QB coach / passing game coordinator or something to that effect.

No just an analyst. People take crap and run with it on this board. There is speculation that Jerry Sullivan will probably retire this year but that has to happen first. And know one knows who will replace him

It would appear it's not only in my head but many others as well. Proof is in the pudding as they say.
