Considering Les' penchant for trying to find gigs for his assistants (rather than fire them), I would expect to see Crowton to get a serious look for this job.

Grab someone like Rich Rod who needs to take a lower postion at a big time school or be a head coach at a small time FCS rebuilding job!

I somehow think he realizes hitching himself to Lane Kiffin will not turn out well in the long run.
