Yes he is better than anyone not named Herman or Fisher that was coming here. He is a solid hire that will recruit well and win a lot of games.

The scary thing is long term if O doesn't work out we just basically showed our hands that we are not willing to pay top dollar to the best candidates out there.

The facts are we fired Miles because he created a culture in which mistakes like that thrived. It's still active with O. Can he change it long-term?
