He took Louisiana from consecutive losing seasons and recruiting classes ranked 5th and 7th in the sun belt to 3 consecutive 10 win seasons plus back to back to back #1 recruiting classes in the conference.
Took him 1 transition year to go from a losing record to 10 wins and 0 transition years to go from middle of the pack sun belt recruiting to top of the conference. Immediate results across the board.
