Since these two appear to be the early fanbase melt candidates, which one would you take out of these two?

Pass on both.
Aranda would be a better selection.

Oof
Gun to my head I’d guess I’d take Tucker

O'Brien.
It would be a terrible idea to hire a Michigan State coach after one good season when he just went .500 a year ago.

i would be happy with BoB as hfc.
i know he had a bad finish to his nfl tenure, but he was a good nfl coach overall.
did a good job righting the ship at pennst.
ivy leaguer, belichick disciple.
i think he's one of the best coaches in the business, but he had a falling out with some primadonnas so people like to sky scream about him.

His decisions as a Head Coach towards the end of his Texans tenure are some of the worst in the history of football, college for NFL.

his decisions as GM you mean.
he's prolly smart enough to have learned from his mistakes.

Tucker to me screams a 'Willie Taggart hire' ... Dude hasn't stayed in a job for more than 2 years, keeps bouncing around before his mediocrity can shine through and his 'NFL Experience' is with the Browns and Jags, two barn burner positions...

Burn the roof of your mouth with really hot pizza, or step on a lego at 3 in the morning on your way to the bathroom?
Is there no way to avoid both?

Virtually anyone is better than Tucker. I'd rather have Lee Corso's pendulous old ball sack coach.

O’Brien by a country mile. I like that both guys have NFL and college experience. But Bill was really good at Penn State and with the Texans. He sucked as a GM so that scares me in recruiting but he’s in my top 5
