Exactly, Les Miles hiring a WR coach who has never been an OC in his life and has little experience, to be the OC of one of the top 10 programs in all of CFB, would be one of the all time worst coaching moves of the century.

You mean like Lane Kiffin becoming OC at USC?

TD Rule #1 - Never take anything Maximus says seriously

TD Rule #2 - Any reference to "Yano" is a sophomoric attempt at humor

rule #3: forelsu stalks the shite out of my every post to cry about how Miles is perfect and Keiland Williams should be put in Angola for not being Jacob Hester.

Still its lateral enough to where he could get a job at a much better school if he waits. I can't imagine Cincy's facilities are that much better than Houston's.

I didn't read that.....what page was that on in his latest post?

I'll double check too. Thanks.

Edit: Saw where he said that he didn't believe that BG would not be the OC. One of us will be wrong. Bottom line is that we both want a stronger LSU.

We shall see.

I still don't understand why GC shoulders all of the blame and much or the enmity of the fan base when all the objective evidence available points that it LSU's offensive struggles are not his fault.

So Miles runs him off and brings in a new OC? The new guy still gets his plays overturned between the coach's box and the field (i.e. somewhere on the sideline) which continues to lead to the same delay of games/wasted timeouts that we saw under Miles AND TWO DIFFERENT COORDINATORS, the same lack of imagination that we saw under Miles AND TWO DIFFERENT OCs and the same option to the short side that we saw under Miles AND TWO DIFFERENT COORDINATORS.

Why do some people think that things will suddenly change if Miles brings in a new OC? He ran off a pretty darn good one, replaced him with GC and things DID NOT CHANGE. They won't change again - the problem is at the top. It is a lack of team discipline, fire/passion and football fundamentals. It is the fact that some kids look stellar as sophmores and then get increasingly worse each season instead of getting better. There is NO COACHING on this team and it starts at the top.

The only benefit to a change at OC right now would be if the new guy can at least develop QBs cause the current guy obviously can't but any new guy would be equally hamstrung/limited in his play-calling ability.

really? all the options to the short side of the field. the lack of QB development EVERYWHERE he's been. overall his play calling has been horrendous. idk where you've been.
