They don't per se; however, there must always be accountability. Accountability is essential to the success of any organization. Accountability can be achieved in any manner of ways. You don't have to chew arse and you don't have to nurture, but there must ALWAYS be negative consequences to negative behavior.

I agree with this 100%. But imo, getting yelled at is not really a negative consequence.

Ultimately, it comes down to the personalities involved. It's up to the coach to do what it takes to reach each kid. Some require yelling, some other things. I didn't like being yelled at, but it sure got my attention.
I don't know the reason for it, but it seems very obvious that there is a lack of accountability within LSU football. Statements like, "I don't know who called the timeout", or "I would have liked to get Player X involved" are indicative of an organization that lacks a direct line of accountability and a clear chain of command.

Y'all should really back off belowpar. He is giving us inside info, and some of yall are bitching and calling him out because his info hasnt happened "immediately". He also already said it WAS NOT official.

I'm not griping at him. I'm just asking him a question.
Maybe everyone is right. Maybe this will all play out after the bowl game. That was what was said last year. Then, we said after recruiting. Then, nothing changed and we ended up with the #93 ranked offense instead of the #112 or something ranked offense, so, I guess that things are better now and we should just be happy that we're playing in the Cotton Bowl on January 7th because Crowton's a nice guy and all.
Sheesh.

Nothing. But for some reason, when belowpar basically says "yeah, CLM is talking to a few people, but if no one really stands out to him, he won't make a change" people seem to blame belowpar for something happening that he said might happen.
That said, I think it's too early to say that CLM has made up his mind and nothing will happen...we've seen him say that he's happy with things while coaching changes are still happening (like with Malleveto)...just give it time.

belowpar, even last year said nothing was definite. I see what you're saying but to cal him out on it makes no sense. Just be glad someone from the inside if giving us any kind of info.......for free

Miles was forced to make a change with Malleveto.
He didnt want but was forced to. Malleveto divided the locker room and was not supported by the players at all. The administration got wind what was going on via players and changes had to be made.

Whether he was forced to or not, at least Miles realized or was somehow convinced Mallveto had to go after the 2008 season. Why can't he be somehow convinced in a similar manner this time around that Crowton needs to go so that the Tigers offense can start performing closer to its ability & not be impeded by terrible play calling?

I'd be ok with the play calling if Crowton could actually develop a QB. That's the reason he's been good everywhere he's been the 1st year and terrible by the 3rd.
