It's not a step down...he is about to be a general manager vs he is currently director of player personnel. Huge promotion imo. Plus Brian Kelly has a guy to fill his spot supposedly

LSU lost 3 people in personnel dept in 24 hours. About the same rate as the defensive coaches moved on.
