As the night goes on, I’m losing more confidence in Scott Woodward

He can prove me wrong at any moment but I was hoping for breaking news tonight thinking we have our guy. It’s not looking like that is the case right now. He very well might have his guy but seeing USC and Florida get their guy today and we are still in the dark is not giving me a great feeling at the moment. Woodward had a lot of time to make this happen today but whether we got played by Riley or it’s somebody else, it sucks we still don’t k ow who are new coach will be. Looks like another long week of this again…

No hire is going to be announced anytime soon. Hell if it’s Fickell we won’t find out for another 6 weeks if they make the playoff. Clearly whoever they are hiring is still coaching meaningful football. They aren’t going to announce it because some posters on the CCB aren’t patient.

The next coach is likely coaching in conference championship games. For like the 10th time today.....You can't announce a coach that still has games to play. For fricks sake.

All the Woodward warriors will continue to downplay it and say "Woodward has his man" or "stop freaking out pu**y," but they are worried too. We all are. I just hope that this shite is announced soon, regardless of the hire. SW get off your arse and get someone signed.

I could care less about us being impatient but we’ve got recruits jumping ship and top in state targets heavily leaning elsewhere now even though they’ve pushed off committing because they wanted to know who the next LSU coach was going to be and we’ve got top players hitting the portal and others considering it. It would be nice to get this thing rolling you can’t afford to wait any longer past this week because early signing day is the 15th and you have to close super strong.

Cool.....If the coach wants it announced then it can be done, but you don't if the coach wants to wait until his regular season is complete. It's the way most of them want it done.
