No. When I said “way to go Dave. Doing his job”, this 100% is about praising Aranda. O is doing a brilliant job, and taking his time putting the chess pieces together to put a killer staff together. I have been an O fan long before it was cool to be one and fought with the O haters day in and out.

I don’t want Fedora. Average coach and reminds me of Curly Hallman.

The whole “Aranda is a quiet guy who doesn’t want the pressure and limelight of being a HC, just wants to coach defense and that’s it” narrative is aging worse and worse by the day

Aranda is set up to get to a great start in Waco. Will be fun to root for them

Also remember when Raymond was gonna bolt because he was insulted by the Busch hire? And Aranda to UNLV because him and O’s relaysh had deteriorated...our fans

It is amazing that he went from being linked to UNLV and Hawaii to getting the Baylor job.

National championships go a long way

He’s killing it with his staff. Not only that, heard he hired Jerry McGuire as his new agent!

What does hiring good coaches have anything to do with this?

I doubt Aranda goes to aggie or Texas. He probably doesn't want to deal with programs that are controlled by boosters and big money politics.

Wonder what Baylor has coming back. They lost in OT when a win against OU in Big 12 Championship Game would have gotten them in the CFP.

Baylor is not fricking around either. That program is determined to be great. They will be a real problem in the future.

When are we gonna stop trying to guess in what Dave Aranda wants and thinks?

Honestly there is a lot of truth in this statement.

Damn.

Aranda is absolutely killing it.

He's going to challenge OU for top dog status in the BIG12.
